This September, I'm starting a new Men's Group in Leyton — a weekly space for men to talk honestly, be heard, and connect with others.

Strength looks different when you're not carrying it alone

WHO IT'S FOR:

  • Men who feel isolated, even surrounded by people

  • Men wanting to explore who they are, beyond the roles they play

  • Men navigating friendship, fatherhood, relationships, or identities they hold

  • Men ready to be witnessed, challenged and supported

Over 12 weeks, we'll explore identity, fatherhood, isolation, connection/disconnection and what it really means to hold strength and vulnerability together — in a confidential space, held by a trained therapist.

LETS BREAK THE CYCLE OF SILENT SUFFERING — a space for men to connect, share, and explore themselves in relationship with others

What is a process group?

As this is a process group, there will be no fixed agenda or teaching each week. Instead, we focus on what feels most alive and important for members in the moment, paying attention to what happens between us in the room.

The group isn’t about giving advice or tips; it’s about noticing your experience, sharing it, and gently exploring how your ways of relating in the group may reflect patterns in other relationships. Each week we work with what naturally emerges, using our real-time experiences with one another as the main focus of the therapy.
