Welcome to my Counselling/Psychotherapy practice for individual (one-to-one) and group process therapy - Held in person (in Leyton, East London) and online.
I'm Tom, a white British northerner based in London. The many identities we hold influence how we experience the world around us, and with this in mind I offer culturally sensitive therapy through an intersectional lens to help frame your unique experience and explore the concerns you wish to make sense of and transform.
Individual Therapy:
Beyond our immediate circles, the most important relationship we navigate is the one with ourselves. I offer individual therapy in Leyton E10 and online, providing a relational space to explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.
Group Work & Process Groups:
Healing doesn't have to happen in isolation. My group therapy and process groups act as a living microcosm of the world, where you can practice new ways of relating in real-time. From men’s groups to mixed-identity spaces, we explore the 'here-and-now' within a supportive community.
Men’s Therapy Groups:
In a culture that often asks men to stay silent, finding a space for vulnerability is a radical act. My Men’s therapy groups in East London and online offer a dedicated environment to explore masculinity, fatherhood, and identity. It is a space to break the isolation and connect deeply with others sharing similar paths.
Intersectional & Relational Approach
Your experience is shaped by the world you move through. My practice is rooted in an intersectional and relational approach, meaning we acknowledge how race, gender, sexuality, and class impact your mental wellbeing. We don’t just look at 'symptoms'—we look at you as a whole person within a complex world.

My therapy room is in central Leyton next to Leyton Library.
5 min walk to Leyton Tube station (Central line) and buses 1 min walk away.
